You'll have to recompile the system as described in Section 2 of

The constants in the Posix.TTY structure are based on the Posix spec,
which is why they max out at B38400.  If you know the value of other
supported speeds, you can use the Posix.TTY.wordToSpeed function to
get the speed value; e.g.,

	Posix.TTY.wordToSpeed 0w57600
