NetBSD and NLFFI

Hi, one more thing about NetBSD and NLFFI:

OpenGL and many others use thread library and they don't work with sml if
runtime system is not linked with thread library. This happens perhaps
because NetBSD's thread library cannot be loaded by dlopen.

I think mk.x86-netbsd should define: LD_LIBS = -lpthread
