Hello! Maybe this is a silly question, but I am unsure about the law in USA and want to be sure. The license states that one has to distribute smlnj without fee. At least that's clear to me. But now my question is what happens if I want to distribute some application running smlnj. Basically one is using it, so it has to be distributed freely. But what happens to my source (or binary). I would think (and at least here in Germany it would be this way) that I am allowed to have others pay for it, as long as I give the smlnj package away for free. So I thought I just ask the people here and hopefully getting an answer of someone involved in smlnj. -- Gruss Matthias Kretschmer ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Perforce Software.
