TclKit Lite note

Over on the Wiki, on the TclKit Lite page, there is a mention of where
to find a SPARC Solaris version of tclkitlite. When I download this
file, I find it still links in libstdc++ , resulting in it not being
useful to people who don't have that particular library available.
