None so far but make it consistent. Either put it in 8.x and build
thread extension
static in tclkit or built thread extension like all other extensions.

No special case needed. Maybe there is a warning about not used
libraries in 8.4.

btw. why are the difference between 8.4 and 8.5 with small and large.
May be there are usere who will use 8.4 threaded?
In the curretn test version this is still ok.
