Re: kbs, one file to rule them all

attached are the rene/defs.kbs and rene/kbs.tcl files.

I have inserted the packages from the former kitgen build.
Open issues are marked with "TODO":

- To get the tkhtml you need to:
  cvs -d :pserver:[email protected]:/tkhtml login
  pasword: anonymous
- The package tls failed because of missing "--with-ssl-dir".
- trofs need a patch in the source dir
- tclkit-8.5 need under Linux "-lXft", I have asked in the core mailing list 
for support in the tk part.
- tclkit-0.2 source dir need a home

You need now to put the used defsfile on the command line.
It will be sourced in the ::config namespace. So all configuration
variables are available.
