I've added some comments to the kitgen.html file so that it at least  
warns that the current situation is not quite right.  I can't set up  
www.equi4.com as svn mirror just yet, but will do so when everything  
has been cleared and properly re-configured on that (remote & shared)  
server.

To repeat, the best versions I have for tclkit & kitgen are in /pub/ 
tk/tars/ - and clearly some work is needed to  bring things up to  
date (for the new 8.5a6, for example).

Apologies for the current half-baked situation, and thanks for your  
patience.  Will post on this mailing list when the situation improves.
