tclkit newer than 8.5a4

I've begun to run into a problem where people are coding {*}$args in
their starkits, but that notation isn't supported in tclkit 8.5a4 or
earlier. So the starkits are failing. The most recent of these was
eskil22.kit .

However, I notice that most of the tclkits listed in the download
matrix are 8.5a4 or older.

Just thought I would mention to people looking for an explanation for
the error:
extra characters after close-brace
in a starkit - that's very likely the cause...
