VTK KWWidgets static executable

Hi,
I'm trying to come up with a method to make a static Windows .exe file
of a VTK / KWWidgets project.  I don't want any proprietary code
(scripts) exposed to the end user.

Can TclKit do this?  Any other ways to accomplish it?
