kbs: build problems

Hello,

I try to build kbs myself on windows inside an msys environment.  So far I 
have found two problems.  Both while building
  ./kbs.tcl -r install kbspkg-8.5

configure: WARNING: cannot find sdx; building starkits will fail; building as 
a
normal library still supported

make: *** No rule to make target `TclOO.res.o', needed by `TclOO01.dll'.  
Stop.
=== Require error: tcloo-0.1
child process exited abnormally
Error in execution of "install kbspkg-8.5":
=== Package failed for: tcloo-0.1

- sdx isn't found (it is not there -- except for the sdx.kit in the builds 
bindir: buildWindowsNT/bin)
when providing a shellskript that uses tclkitsh.exe to start the starkit, the 
error vanishes.

- the tcloo build fails with the above error (TclOO.res.o)
