tclkit.ico seems not to work with tclkitsh

I place my tclkit.ico in my.vfs as usual and it works fine, when I use
-runtime tclkit8.5.2-win32.upx.exe
but it does not work when I use tclkitsh8.5.2-win32.upx.exe

Any suggestions?
