Ok, thank you. I've got it with:

# ./teacup get base-tk-thread 8.5.9.0.293801 macosx-universal

It is working fine but nevertheless I will need to do the compiling work 
because I want to get rid of the hardcoded menuitem "About Tcl&Tk" in 
the application menu and to this purpose I have to insert a 
'NSLocalizedString' into tkMacOSXMenus.c
