Note, that the above two lines will also remove the "About Tcl & Tk..." 
entry in the Application menu. This enables you to put your own "About 
..." entry there (perhaps specific to Tk 8.5):

.mbar.apple add command -label "About this software ..." \
-command {puts "It work's perfectly!"}
