Re: Entering the alpha-period for the 0.34 release

Hello all!

I thought I had sent this letter yesterday but it looks like I didn't.

The 0.34.alpha1 release is now completed. We are in the alpha period.

From now, commit restrictions apply in trunk (according to
http://argouml.tigris.org/wiki/How_to_Create_a_Stable_Release):

   - Only bug fixes are allowed in the code i.e. commits related to DEFECTs.
   - Put the number of the DEFECT in the commit message.
   - Test case code can be added. Documentation, (web site and other
   documentation things) can be added.
   - If you want to do other work and include it into the 0.34 release,
   contact me  (Release responsible for the 0.34 release) to discuss the
   risks/benefits before committing into trunk.
