Thanks you ! When I load the project under eclipse, it looks to have a problem because the dir src_generated is missing. I have to do right clic on build.xml, and launch the Ant task "generateparser". Then, I can launch the test. I think (not sure) it's the same on the Java project. Note : I made something wrong in SQL Server : datatypes are with [] and they should not.
