I'm not used to work with jarsigner. I just search what can be the problem by comparing two jar, the old one that is ok (0.34) and the new one.

No, I don't think emf requires SHA1.
I just see that Java7 was used and create a SHA-256 in ones files (.SF), and there is still SHA-1 in other one(.MF).
