Move of argouml source to github

Hello all!

Yesterday, I took the first big step in moving the code to github. Alas, my post to the dev list didn't get through so you might not have noticed. I post this through the web interface instead hoping that it will work better.

Please examine the history of the github repository, especially the names to see if they are acceptable. I think the use of the tigris.org mail addresses throughout is consistant with the history.
