Here's what I see quickly: I have been able to load the XMI without change the file by coping a file "uml13.dtd" in directory (Here windows 7): C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp I will add this file as attachment. Just to know more about it, have you more option in "CA ERwin r7.2" in order to export UML ?
