Steps to reproduce

1. add a class (or package) to the class diagram of a new model
2. add a comment to the class diagram
3. connect the comment to the class (in the diagram, the link doesn't get drawn
and you have get rid of the line pointer. That's another bug but the
annotatedElement is added in the model)
4. in the Comment property panel select the annotated element and press delete

Result: The class gets deleted form model instead of the annotatedElement link
from the comment to the class.
