[Issue 5017] profile model elements are absent from diagrams on reload

I checked something more on this. The URLs in the PGML files in the project
aren't complete because they miss the file path. From the PGML file
example-with-uml-1-4-profile-dependency_ClassDiagram.pgml, the reference to the
UML 1.4 Integer DataType is:

This means that the problem starts already when the project is first persisted...
