Description:
Refer to issue #3771 in argouml's issue DB

There are lots of repetitive manual copy and paste operations as well as
repetitive transformations that currently I perform in the context of writing
the argouml-cpp/src/org/argouml/language/cpp/profile/ProfileCpp.java and parts
of the C++ module appendix in the ArgoUML user's manual.
The basis for this is the UML profile for C++
(argouml-cpp/src/org/argouml/language/cpp/profile/CppUmlProfile.xmi), which
could be used with a MDA tool such as AndroMDA to generate automatically the
other two artefacts.
