I tried both rubber-banding around a set of classes and control-clicking a set of classes and in both 
approaches, whenever I right-clicked for the pop-up menu, nothing appeared.  I'm sure that when I used 
the rubber-band technique that I included some associations.  But that doesn't explain why clicking on 
individual classes would not work.
