It would be nice to have a possibility to select an encoding for generated code.
It seems that ArgoUML chooses the system codepage (in my case Windows-1251), but
it is different from standard codepage for Java source files (UTF-8) accepted in
our team, and as a result all Russian texts become unreadable.
