[Issue 5503] Show current font settings in settings dialogs

I attached a picture that gives an overview of the major changes
introduced by my patch, hoping that this gives a better impression
of my intention than the code itself.

In words: the code abstracts the distinction between project and
application settings away from the dialog class by introducing
an interface named DiagramAppearanceSettings.  The existing
DiagramSettings class implements this interface.
