If you have a class annotated with a comment 1. Click on the comment in the class diagram. This shows the property panel of the comment with the list of "Annotated Elements" 2. Select the class in the list and click on the trashcan. Now the class is deleted and not the comment link to the class. My expectation is not that the class gets deleted from the property panel of a comment. I only expect the comment link to be deleted. IMHO, if I really want to delete a class, then the class property panel or the context menu of the diagram are the "right" mechanisms for that.
