[Issue 6389] Loading project fails when done several times

The save in question gives an error message and saves without the diagram information. Then for some reason, when loading, the error message you mention is seen. The strange thing is that in the zargo file, I can't find any mention of the missing object and when restarting the load is possible without the error message but with no diagram information. The save in question has probably left some things in the model, connected to the diagrams, that is validated when loading.
