This looks like some problem with the file system and/or the user access to it. I
don't think we should bother about this problem.
I will put this into WONTFIX. If you want to perform further investigation, start
by running argouml using Java7 and attempt to open the zargo file from other Java
programs (jar) to attempt to narrow down the problem.
