Creating a hieararchical package is currently a multistep process.  If you want to create 
"com.mycompany.myapp" for example, you have to create a "com", "mycompany" and "myapp" package.  I 
would like to be able to create this packaging hierarchy in a single step.  

The use case would look something like this:
(1) Right click on the project, or on a specific package.
(2) Enter a package name using either UML-specific separators, or language-specific separators. 
(3) ArgoUML would then parse the names in the package hierarchy and create the appropriate nested 
packages.  If the user had selected a package in step 1, the new packages would be created as 
subpackages of the selected package.
