It works for me (win7).

In the status bar, it's written :"Writing C:\TEMP\3ClassDiagram.png..." (the 
first file) and when finished "Wrote C:\TEMP\3Diagrammedeséquence.png". What can 
you see in your status bar?
Is there something in log?
Which kind of diagram in your project ?
