Observed on another Mountain Lion (Mac OS X 10.8.2) system. In Console, in "System Log Queries -> All Messages", the following appeared when
the app was attempted to be opened by either double-clicking in the Finder, or control-clicking (right clicking) and selecting "Open" (marker line
below was inserted in between the double-click and the right-click launch methods):
1/1/13 8:22:44.164 PM CoreServicesUIAgent[33387]: Error SecAssessmentCreate: The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -67061.)
1/1/13 8:22:48.020 PM com.apple.launchd.peruser.502[190]: ([0x0-0x8a08a].ArgoUML[33385]) Exited: Killed: 9
1/1/13 8:23:01.252 PM Console[33334]: Marker - 2013-01-01 8:23:01 PM
1/1/13 8:23:10.415 PM CoreServicesUIAgent[33387]: Error SecAssessmentCreate: The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -67061.)
1/1/13 8:23:12.540 PM com.apple.launchd.peruser.502[190]: ([0x0-0x8c08c].ArgoUML[33391]) Exited: Killed: 9
Disabling GateKeeper (by going into System Preferences -> Security -> General and choosing the "Anywhere" radio button under "Allow applications
downloaded from:"), the problem went away.
Probably the problem is with the app launcher, because downloading the ArgoUML-0.34.tar.gz, unpacking it, right-clicking the "argouml.jar" and
selecting "Open", ArgoUML launched successfully, even with GateKeeper enabled.
