It would be interesting to study tools which already provide this. I changed the 
module because you want something which must be implemented in the C++ module, 
not in the activity diagram module. 

I think that none of the language modules provides this. If so, we will have to 
see if there is already some API in place to create an activity diagram from 
language modules. So probably if affects several modules and new issues could be 
created for those parts.

PS: Minor off-topic comment: I looked at Hepforge and there is a lot of software 
in C++ there. If ArgoUML and its C++ support were atractive for those 
developers, it could have an interesting boost in usage.
