The "ArgoUML+PHP.launch" is wrong, you can't start Argouml with PHP module by 
this way.

Delete this file (Use "/argouml-app/tools/eclipse/ArgoUML with all delivered 
modules.launch") or update it.

I'm going to send a patch (I took the Java launcher and changed it).
