When you select the Source tab, the default setting is to show SQL.  A German dialog appears asking you 
to select a particular SQL dialect generator.

To reproduce this:
(1) Open a class diagram.
(2) Select a class or interface.
(3) Click the Source tab in the details pane at the bottom of the screen.
(4) The dialog shown in the attached screenshot will appear.
