Thanks for the example file!

The attached file contains the XMI version ="2.1", which is a format for UML 2.
Hence ArgoUML does currently not support it.
See the link I referred to before.

In the future, ArgoUML may possibly support UML 2.0 - if we get a lot of help
for implementing it. 
At that time, probably, XMI 2.1 would be supported.
