Ah - JavaWebStart issue by the looks of it. Maybe not all files download via JWS.

Linus - I can't seem to get jws to work at all on Windows to see if this is the
root cause.

Could you check this out please.

John/Sergey - you should be able to download a linux installation from here
http://argouml-downloads.tigris.org/argouml-0.34/ (use the ArgoUML-0.34.tar.gz
link rather than Java Web Start link)
