[Issue 6508] ArgoUML will not start on Mac OS X El Capitan

It appears JavaApplicationStub changed with El Capitan (possibly earlier). The workaround is to copy /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Resources/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub to ArgoUML.app/Contents/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub.
