In a DOS command, "java -version" return the version. I downaload Installer from http://argouml-downloads.tigris.org/argouml-0.34/ ArgoUML-0.34-setup.exe Can you start ArgoUML by using program in "ArgoUML-0.34.zip" un the same page ? (Or http://argouml-downloads.tigris.org/devrel.html for 0.35.1) ?
