There are several possibilities for a failure or problem. Could you be 
more specific?

If you can generate the code for Java for all classes, maybe its a 
problem in the C++ generator and to continue
analyzing we will need the log or the model.

If you can't, please try the following:

1. select the model (top level package) in the model explorer (tree view 
on the left)
2. select in its context menu (right click) "set source path..."
3. now use the Generation menu "Generate All classes".

If your project is sensitive, you may e-mail it to me so that I try to 
debug, if not, create an issue in the C++
