Please post questions related to the usage of ArgoUML, as opposed to
developing ArgoUML, to the users list.

There isn't any Undo capability in ArgoUML currently.  The best thing to do
is save intermediary versions of projects that you are working on,
particularly before doing large or risky modifications.  There is work being
done to implement Undo, but it will probably be a while before it is
complete.

The way ArgoUML is designed there is always one and only one project open.
You can use File->Save to save the current project, but if you want to close
it entirely, you need to either open a new project using File->New or
File->Open or shutdown the program using File->Exit.
