Yes, that would be possible. But I must strongly advise against that.
ArgoUML is not intended to contain the complete text for a usecase. Please use a Word processor, or a dedicated tool for this!

  I'm starting with ArgoUml, and I need the use cases to be specified, just as the section "4.3.3. The Use Case Specification" in the argomanual-0.24.pdf says.
  Apparently, there's no such tool for specifying requirements such as Name, Goal, etc, other than writing them into the Documentation on my own. 
  Is this the only way to do "Use Case Specification"?
