Beginner: How to "Add a Realisation" in the Tour

Hello all,

I am UML-beginner ( I just started today). I am trying steps shown in the Tour and got stucked on this page:

Can somebody help me how to connect Grad and Prof classes to the Teacher interface ? I think I tried everything I could but I always connect just two classes... Can I connect such way only the Realisations or Aggregations (I saw it in one older book), Compositions etc. as well ?
