"Setng UML profile failed" error message

Hi
I am getting an error message when trying to change settings 
(Edit->Settings), either with clicking OK or Apply.
I am using ArgoUML 0.24 via JavaWebStart and JRE 1.6.0_03 under Windows 
XP (with latest updates).
