ArgoUml 0.24 doesn't work.

I tryed ArgoUml 0.24. It doesn't works.

bugs are:
Saving a project doesn't create a file. nothing happens.
Up to 100% CPU usage.
Adding an Atrribute to a class sometimes has no effect, but sometimes the
typed Attibute is modified automatically and data is added to the properies.
(e. g. :" -description" only sometimes becomes "description" with the
property "private").
