I don't know if I understood you. You want ArgoUML to create a class 
diagram containing all the classes it found in your project, 
automatically, as a side effect of doing the reverse engineering of your 
project? This ArgoUML 0.24 won't do. If this type of functionality is 
important to you, please create a new enhancement in issuezilla: 
http://argouml.tigris.org/project_bugs.html

I don't think so. There was some effort to develop reverse engineering 
of methods to sequence diagrams, but, I don't think this is available in 
a released version of ArgoUML.
