In the UML Operations that you've created, add a UML Method and place
the body of the method there.  Depending on how much screen real
estate you have and what version of ArgoUML you are using, you may
need to expand the property panel or look for the Add Method toolbar
button on a drop down menu (>>>).  The button icon looks like a page
with writing on it.
