unable to see icons in toolbar

Hi I am unable to see any icons in toolbar after I open ArgoUML. Rest everything works ok. I have tried to search in faq and forums but so far unable to find a workaround or reason. Could someone please point me in the right direction? Please find the screenshot attached.
