Translator localization broken?

I'm currently running 0.32.1 and noticed that when I created a sequence
diagram, when I click on the Properties tab for the new
"unattachedCollaboration" I see a number of labels with default text bound
to them.  For example, "label.representedclassifier", and
"label.representedoperation".  I don't know if the properties are missing,
or if the Translator itself is having problems.

Has anyone else seen this?
