ArgoUML.app for Mac OS X - damaged?

When I attempt to run the ArgoUML.app (ArgoUML-0.34) on Mac OS X 10.11, the= system tells me that the application is damaged: [=E2=80=9CArgoUML.app=E2=80=9D is damaged and can=E2=80=99t be opened.
