  Ron DeSerranno - the founder and CEO of Mobiform -
will speak about XML based Graphics with XAML
(eXtensible Application Markup Language) at the next
VanX meeting in Vancouver, BC on October 21st @ 6:30.

  The talk summary states:

  This talk will unveil what XAML is and how it
compares to SVG. We will be looking at the
capabilities of XAML, discussing misconceptions and
looking at some early adoption. We will also be
looking at existing tools and touch on using XAML on
Windows XP today.
