[FWD] MozCreator 0.3 Alpha relesaed

The MozCreator Project has officially released MozCreator 0.3 Alpha! 
This is the first MozCreator alpha release and contains lots of new 
features! Here are a couple:

* Custom build, run, and debug commands
* XML Inspector
* Macros (alpha)
* XUL Runner applications
* Built on Eclipse SWT
* Smallest and fastest MozCreator release so far!
